Ordering Instructions
1. Please confirm the ordered product/color number/quantity before ordering. 2. Convenience store pickup: Please go to the designated store to pick up the product within seven days after receiving the "arrival notice". If you fail to pick up the product more than twice within the deadline, the return rate reaches 50%, or the returned product is abnormal, you will be blacklisted! Those on the blacklist cannot specify over-collection payment. 3. The store's limited-time discount activities are all time-limited. Once they end, you will not be able to place an order! 4. In order to protect the rights and interests of both parties, if the product is damaged during the transportation process, please take a photo of the product and contact us through the designated channel.
Returns and Refunds
1. Please record the whole unpacking process 2. If you find any defects or damages or missing accessories after receiving the product, and need to exchange it, please contact us within 7 days after arrival with the unpacking video. 3. After receiving the product, you can enjoy a 7-day free appreciation period (including holidays). The appreciation period is for your reference, viewing, and comparison. 4. Notes on returns and exchanges: Please restore the returned product to the original state when you received the product (including the host, accessories, internal and external packaging, random documents, gifts, event gifts, etc.) 5. If it is not a defective product or the wrong product is sent, no exchange service will be provided
